We now have more than 16,000 units in the field and they are quickly becoming the industry standard for stationary industrial engines used in the oil & gas industry and the irrigation industry.
We have now started production of our 2 new units which will be high output brushless units designed also for industrial engines. The new units will be 180- 200 amps and will fit 2" spool mount, dual 2" spool mount and J-180 mount applications.

New Compact Brushless Update
Our new Compact Brushless Alternator is now in the field, with several units already being tested. To-date there has been no failures of any kind and all looks good as far as quality and performance of the alternator. We are now ready for sales of our new unit to our existing valued customers and any new customers are welcome to see how we can save money and downtime for them too!

New Compact Brushless Has Arrived!
Our new compact brushless alternator has arrived. Over the next few days we will be doing our Quality assurance and we will have them for sale in a few days. The factory we used did a great job and the alternators look fantastic. We look forward to getting these alternators out and saving our customers time and money.

New Compact Brushless Alternator Currently in Production
After testing the first production model, we have started full blown manufacturing of our new compact brushless alternator which barring any production issues should be available for distribution by the end of March 2012. We extensively tested our first production unit and all was good with the unit so we felt the time was right for starting the manufacturing process. We are excited about the release of our new brushless alternator and feel it will definitely save industry money by having less alternator change outs, less premature failures and increased safety because there is no brush sparking in this alternator which could cause explosions in well shacks on oil well applications and other applications where gases could be present.

All-Tek Announces new Compact Brushless Alternator to be released in early 2012
After more than three years of testing we are proud to announce a early 2012 launch of our new compact brushless alternator.
This alternator is going to change the game when it comes to industrial power unit and skid engine alternator technology. We are confident we will see run times of three years or more from these units and although we see some substantial run times from our current alternators, these units have no brushes which are the weak link in current skid alternators and therefore no brushes, no weak link.
These alternators would function well on automotive engines as well as racing engines creating less drag and noise from the brushes rubbing in a standard brushed alternator, so it isn't just an industrial skid alternator.
We have also started design of our new high output units which will be 150 and 250 amp units. We will keep you posted on the release of our current brushless alternator as well as the high output units.
